8 February 2015 Broadway at Beal

8 February 2015       BROADWAY AT BEAL

Auditorium of Beal Secondary School
525 Dundas Street, London
Concert is at 2:30 pm, doors open from 1:30 pm

To beat the February blahs, and to set the right tone in the lead up to Valentine’s day (we wouldn’t let you forget!), join us for our next musical event.

On February 8th, the orchestra will be performing with two London favourites: conductor Brian Jackson and vocalist Sonja Gustafson. Titled “Broadway at Beal,” Brian will do what he does best – taking us on a musical tour, this time of the fantastic music composed for the Broadway stages. We’ll sample from Carousel, Man of La Mancha, Crazy for You, and West Side Story.  Brian will undoubtedly have a few surprises up his sleeve too!

With a wonderfully versatile voice, Sonja Gustafson also has a terrific stage presence to match. Find out more about Sonja at her website.

Tickets are $20 adults, $10 seniors and students available in advance here, or cash or cheque at the door. We will continue to honour all tickets for Orchestra London performances cancelled by the previous administration. Please bring your tickets as admission.

The Musicians of Orchestra London are committed to honouring ALL tickets purchased by members of our community, for performances cancelled by the previous administration. Please bring your cancelled tickets as admission to this exciting concert. Subject to availability, additional tickets will be available for purchase – $20 general admission and $10 senior/student admission – at the door.
We believe that every concert we perform is an opportunity to connect with our audience, and with the community in which we live. We can’t wait to see you all!
